Welcoming atmosphere, great communication and customer service. Perfect location near city center and public transport. Lovely, large, well-decorated, clean room. Super-fast internet connection. Helpful staff provided map and surprise balloon for special occasion. Definitely recommend and will return.

The owner was helpful, giving us a map and great recommendations for dinner and breakfast. The room was clean and modern, with comfy beds. Despite a small TV, our overall stay was fantastic. We were even allowed to check in early and leave our suitcases after checkout. I highly recommend this place.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was excellent, with both the room and bathroom being super clean. The hotel facilities were great, and the beds were comfortable. The staff, especially Lukasz, were friendly and accommodating, providing us with great recommendations and information to make our stay even better. The location was perfect, being very near to the centre of town and within walking distance to all the historic sites. the hotel was conveniently close to Haymarket train station and public transportation stops, making it easy to explore this city.

The hotel is located in a nice area, close to the city centre and Haymarket train station. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated, with comfortable beds and pillows. The staff is friendly and helpful, providing guests with information on things to do in the city. There are also nice touches like welcome snacks and drinks in the rooms.
One small downside is that the hotel is quite far from Edinburgh's main attractions.

This hotel offers great value for money with comfortable beds and basic amenities. The location is superb, being close to transport links and in the city center. The staff provides excellent service and the rooms are well-maintained, with attention to detail in the decor such as the red massive curtain. Additionally, having breakfast included is a wonderful bonus.
All was fine, no issues to mention during my stay.
